Alberto Flores Jimenez is a visionary executive leader with over 20 years of international experience in product development, engineering, innovation, and operational strategies. As CEO and Co-Founder of FloRich Consulting LLC, he leads a consultancy firm focused on transforming ideas into successful products and businesses. His unique approach combines innovation, strategy, and execution to help companies achieve outstanding results in global markets.
Before co-founding FloRich Consulting, Alberto held executive leadership roles in multinational companies such as Electrolux and Whirlpool, where he managed global product platforms, led multicultural teams, and oversaw significant P&Ls. At Electrolux, he served as Global Head of Architectures for Refrigeration, optimizing R&D operations across the USA, Brazil, Italy, and Thailand. He developed integrated "Product Maps" with "Innovation Roadmaps" and achieved substantial savings through modular and sustainable designs. Additionally, Alberto led the global Ice & Water technology group, driving advancements in water dispensing, ice-making, and water management systems, which solidified the company’s position as a leader in advanced water and ice management technologies.
Throughout his career, Alberto has demonstrated exceptional ability to lead strategic projects and manage complex operations. At Whirlpool, as Director of Product Development for the Cooking Products category, he achieved significant savings by consolidating global architecture platforms. He also oversaw key manufacturing initiatives across North America, maximizing efficiencies across factories and creating strategies to expand capacities to support revenue growth.
Alberto’s entrepreneurial expertise is evident in his role as COO at Rite Innovations, where he has worked closely with the company’s founder to lead manufacturing strategies. He has collaborated with OEMs in China and Mexico to introduce products aligned with market needs. This experience has honed his ability to connect the dots between business strategy and operational excellence, leveraging limited resources where creativity and keen business acumen are paramount.

Jorge Richard

Jorge Richard is a highly accomplished technology and business leader with over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, product development, and consulting industries. As CTO and Co-Founder of FloRich Consulting LLC, he brings a wealth of technical expertise and strategic vision to drive innovation, build robust technological foundations, and deliver exceptional value to clients.
Before co-founding FloRich Consulting, Jorge held pivotal roles in industry-leading organizations, showcasing his ability to align technology with business strategy. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Specified Technologies Inc. (STI Firestop), Jorge oversees end-to-end product engineering, guiding teams in developing advanced firestopping solutions, IoT products, and automated manufacturing processes. His tenure at STI Firestop has been marked by significant achievements, including the launch of five new products, expansion of the patent portfolio, and integration of cutting-edge digital tools like PLM systems.
Previously, Jorge served as Program Manager at GE, where he spearheaded multimillion-dollar initiatives to enhance compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. He introduced transformative processes for trade risk management and regulatory certification, driving measurable impacts such as $15M in annual sales improvements and an 11% boost in first-time yield for certifications.
Jorge also excelled as Technical Regulations & Standards Manager at GE, where he optimized document retrieval for a team of 30,000 engineers and reduced internal rework costs by $1.5M annually. During this time, he played a crucial role in the integration of engineering processes during major M&A activities.
At Whirlpool Corporation, Jorge demonstrated his ingenuity as R&D Manager, where he led teams to secure six patents and achieved a 23% margin improvement with innovative product designs. His ability to leverage engineering methodologies like DFSS and CFD consistently drove product excellence and market expansion.
Jorge holds an extensive academic background in engineering and business administration, further enhanced by certifications in project management (PMP), digital operations management, and advanced analytical tools like FMEA and GD&T.
